By using AppealShop you agree to these terms.

1. Service description

AppealShop generates AI-assisted draft appeal letters for TikTok Shop violations. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal services.

2. Pricing & refunds

Our standard appeal is $19 USD. If you are unsatisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. If your first appeal is rejected by TikTok, you may request a free second-attempt letter with a different angle.

3. User responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing every letter before submission, providing accurate information, and complying with TikTok's Terms of Service and applicable laws.

4. Limitation of liability

AppealShop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use AppealShop to dispute violations involving genuinely counterfeit, illegal, or harmful products. We reserve the right to refuse service and refund.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to existing customers.
