Privacy Policy

We collect only what is necessary to deliver your appeal letter: email, product details, your description of the situation, evidence list, and the optional takedown screenshot you upload.

What we store

• Form inputs (product, story, evidence, identification)
• Takedown screenshot (if uploaded)
• Generated appeal letter
• Stripe payment metadata (session ID, no card data)

What we do not collect

• Card numbers (handled by Stripe)
• Browsing data outside this site
• Marketing tracking that identifies you personally

Retention

Inputs and outputs are deleted 30 days after delivery unless you request retention for follow-up appeals.

AI processing

Your form contents and screenshot are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate the appeal. Anthropic does not retain customer data beyond the API request lifecycle per their data policy.
