Why AppealShop exists
TikTok Shop takedowns happen fast and they are confusing. Lawyers charge $300+. Agencies want $500-2,000 and take a week. Most sellers can't afford either, so they Google "how to appeal" and write something themselves at 2am — which often gets rejected because it doesn't cite the right policy.
I built AppealShop to be the middle ground: a tool that drafts the same kind of letter a lawyer would write, in 5 minutes, for $19. You always submit it yourself; we never touch your account. If it doesn't work, your second attempt is free.
What AppealShop is
- ✓ A self-serve SaaS tool. You pay $19, fill a form, get a PDF.
- ✓ Backed by a constantly-updated library of TikTok Shop policy citations and successful appeal patterns.
- ✓ Built around your evidence — we tell you which documents to attach for your specific violation type.
- ✓ Honest about limits: we cannot guarantee TikTok will accept the appeal. We CAN guarantee you submit something professional.
What AppealShop is not
- ✗ A law firm. We do not provide legal advice. For complex cases, hire an attorney.
- ✗ A done-for-you service. You submit every appeal yourself — we generate the draft, you ship it.
- ✗ A workaround for legitimately bad listings. If you actually sold a counterfeit, we will refund you and tell you to fix the underlying problem.
- ✗ Affiliated with TikTok. We have no relationship with ByteDance, the TikTok Shop team, or their legal counsel.
Our refund policy
7 days, no questions asked. Email support@appealshop.app with your order ID and we refund the $19 the same day. If your first appeal is rejected by TikTok, you get a free second-attempt letter with a different angle — no extra charge.
Privacy promise
We do not log into your TikTok account, ever. We do not share your data with brands, marketplaces, or anyone else. Your submission inputs are deleted 30 days after the appeal is delivered — automatically — by a cron job that runs every night. You can also export or delete your data anytime from your dashboard. See our privacy policy.
